60 Day Loan Agreement

Loan Agreement

This Loan Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of date paid online, by and between Lender Name from for], with an address of found on form (the "Lender"), and Eventism, with an address of 214 Zenobia St, Denver CO 80219 (the "Borrower").

Loan Amount. The Lender agrees to lend to the Borrower, and the Borrower agrees to borrow from the Lender, the principal sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) (the "Loan Amount").

Interest Rate. The Loan Amount shall bear interest at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum from the date of this Agreement until the Loan Amount is paid in full.

Repayment. The Borrower agrees to repay the Loan Amount and accrued interest in full on or before January 15, 2024. The Borrower may make payments on the Loan Amount at any time prior to the maturity date.

Default. The Borrower shall be in default of this Agreement if the Borrower fails to make any payment of principal or interest when due. If the Borrower is in default of this Agreement, the entire unpaid balance of the Loan Amount and accrued interest shall immediately become due and payable.

Late Charges. If the Borrower fails to make any payment of principal or interest when due, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender a late charge of five percent (5%) of the amount of the late payment.

Prepayment. The Borrower may prepay the Loan Amount or any part of the Loan Amount at any time without penalty.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Notices. All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

or to such other address as either party may designate in writing from time to time.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
