Lets Brunch on New Years Day

Celebrate the first day of the new decade by enjoying a delicious brunch buffet and live music. Eventism and Liberati have teamed up and created an enjoyable dining experience on New Years Day. This brunch buffet will run from 10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m and include items like a waffle bar, biscuits and gravy, beignet bar, salad bar, breakfast pizza and so much more.

Don't worry, enjoy bottomless mimosas for a low upgrade price. Live band sets will occur throughout the event. Bring your family and friends, sit back relax and enjoy your first meal of the year with us.

A FEW BRUNCH MENU ITEMS

• Waffle bar (waffle quarters presented in chafing dishes with a selection of topping to play with)
  • Maple Syrup, Fresh Berries, Nutella, Powdered Sugar, Raspberry Sauce
• Biscuits & Gravy (biscuits presented in chafing dishes)
• Breakfast Pizza (Traditional Roman blue pan pizza, topped with egg, bacon and potatoes)
• Scrambled egg selection (Veggie - zucchini pomodori parmiggiano funghi) (Western - bacon, red and yellow bell pepper, cheddar, deo onions) (plain scrambled) shredded cheddar available to add.
• Bacon, sausage, roasted ham, potatoes
• Fruit Salad Bar (mix fruit salad of pineapple, mixed berries, honeydew, cantaloupe), with homemade granola and parfait yogurt available to add.
• Bignet Bar (with apple butter, orange Marmelade, powdered sugar, Nutella, pasticciera custard)
• Toast Station (selection of gluten-free bread, sourdough, whole wheat and white), with toast-it-yourself toasters.
• Salad Bar (spring salad with available to add: hard-boiled eggs, crumbled feta, crumbled gorgonzola, roasted bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, ranch, blue cheese, oil salt and vinegar)
• Smoked Salmon platter with available to add: cream cheese, capers red onions.
• Homemade Cookies
