About Skylark Lounge
Alley Cat Karaoke turned a Wednesday at the Skylark into the most decorated karaoke night in Denver — Westword’s Best Weekly Karaoke for 2026 — and it still feels like a neighborhood secret. Host Allison Young runs the downstairs room from 9 PM to 1 AM, the song picks swing from oldies to indie sleaze, and there’s no cover standing between you and a bad decision. Get there at 4 for happy hour upstairs if you’re ambitious, or just roll in, grab a cheap whiskey, and commit to the bit.
