We are seeking one polished, charismatic, and welcoming Event Host to manage the front door and be the very first impression our 100 VIP guests receive when they arrive. Note: Because this is an authentic life drawing session, there will be a tastefully posed, live male nude model present in the main room. All staff must maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion at all times. 📱 The Role As the Event Host & Check-In Staff, you set the tone for the entire evening. You will manage the flow of the entrance, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and excited for the night ahead. Key Responsibilities: Guest Check-In: Use the Eventism Check-In app on a provided tablet/device to quickly and efficiently scan digital tickets. ID Verification: Strictly verify that all entering guests are 21 years of age or older using valid government-issued IDs. The Briefing: Warmly explain the flow of the evening to arriving guests. You will direct them to the BYOB Wine Exchange table, let them know where to grab an apron, and show them how to find an easel.
